VICTORIAVILLE & CO. ACQUIRES THE CANADIAN FACILITY OF MATTHEWS AURORA FUNERAL SOLUTIONS

Edmunston - NB, October 1, 2019 – Victoriaville & Co. is pleased to announce that it has concluded the acquisition of Alliance St-Laurent Casket, a subsidiary of Matthews Aurora Funeral Solutions.

“We thank the Alliance St. Laurent employees for their service to Matthews Aurora, and we look forward to continuing to supply ASL products to our funeral home customers through our supply arrangement with Victoriaville. This divestiture represents a manufacturing consolidation as part of our integration of the Aurora Casket Company. We continue to invest to deliver world class manufacturing capabilities and superior product quality at our core casket manufacturing plants,” said Steve Gackenbach, Group President, Matthews Memorialization.
