Salary and benefits
- Steady year-round employment
- Hourly wages ranging from $20.00 to $23.04 for day labourers
- Attractive bonuses for employees trained for multiple positions:
- 5 positions = $1.50/hour
- 4 positions = $1.00/hour
- 3 positions = $0.50/hour - July/August vacation for all our production employees.
- 14 statutory holidays (including 6 during the holiday season).
- Up to 5 weeks vacation annually.
- We recognize your seniority for vacations if you have already worked for us.
- Get an additional week of paid vacation by accumulating overtime hours.
