Dear Valued Customer,

I hope this finds you well. I am writing to you today to make you aware of some changes that are happening with Legacy Tribute UK Ltd.

Sean P. Smith, who has been Sales Director / Board Member and a part-owner of LTUK since 1st August 2015, decided earlier this year to retire as a director of the business, effective 31st July 2024.

As many of you are aware, Sean has been involved in the funeral sector for many years. Recently he decided that the time is right for him to step back, to spend more time with family and to pursue some personal projects and interests on his bucket list. Sean has been a core member of our team for many years, and while we will miss his everyday presence, we all wish him the very best of luck, health, and happiness in his retirement and for his future.

The good news is that while he is retiring, Sean has agreed to take up a new part-time position as a self-employed consultant with the company. This new role means that Sean will be available on a weekly part-time basis. Sean will also represent us as our company ambassador at several of the key funeral events and meetings throughout the year, including NAFD and FFMA/ FSA meetings over the next 12 months or so.

Sean will be available on a weekly basis for any advice or guidance that you may need regarding caskets etc and can be reached for non-urgent matters by email sean@legacytribute.co.uk or by phone (07967) 348795.

As they say when one door closes, another one opens! I am delighted to share with you that Jennifer Levers will take up a new position as Sales Manager of Legacy Tribute UK from 1st August. Jen has been with us since 2016, and prior to that had many years’ experience in the funeral sector, specifically with caskets and commemorative jewellery. As Jen will begin to take over the reins from Sean, she will also help lead the introduction of Eternity’s Touch, our new fingerprint jewellery line that we launched at the recent NFE. I would like to wish Jen all the very best in her new role.
