VICTORIAVILLE & CO. ANNOUNCES INTENT TO ACQUIRE HAVEN LINE INDUSTRIES

SCHUYLKILL HAVEN, PA, June 19th, 2024 — Victoriaville & Co. is pleased to announce the signing of a binding agreement to acquire certain assets of Schuylkill Haven Casket Company and Columbia Caskets Corporation, dba Haven Line Industries, based in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania. Pending the completion of due diligence, formal approval and execution of a definitive agreement, Victoriaville & Co. and Haven Line Industries will operate separately while working together for a smooth transition that will retain product quality and exemplary customer service.
