Located in Quebec City since its founding in 1976 by Jean-Claude Pelletier and Robert Fournier, hence the name JCR, the company is today chaired by Pierre Bélanger, who has worked for the company since 2009. Mr. Bélanger brilliantly rose to the challenge of becoming president of the company following the sudden death of Mario Fournier, son of Robert.
