Strategic Investment and Partnership for Mémento

(Lévis, QC-January 4th 2021) - We are pleased to announce that Vaella Consulting and Victoriaville & Co. have formed a strategic and equity partnership with Quebec based design, print and digital imaging company Mémento. Luce Fortin and Yvon Wagner, who have owned and managed the company in its latest chapter, believe this partnership will allow the company to reach its ambitious goal of becoming a North American leader in digital and print imagery for the funeral service profession.

“Our partnership with Vaella Consulting and Victoriaville & Co. will enable us to not only grow our client base but also gain critical operational insight. This will only serve to enhance our customer service experience to existing and future clients alike” said Yvon Wagner, general manager of the new Mémento.

"This investment will allow us to increase our presence in the Quebec market while continuing our efforts to diversify and find global solutions, in order to better meet the growing needs of our Canadian, American and International clients. This investment is directly in line with our goal, "adds Alain Dumont, President of Victoriaville & Co.

“I am thrilled at the prospect of partnering with such solid and reputable firms but also with people with who I share similar values of respect and integrity which will definitely help realize my late husband’s dream for Memento” said Luce Fortin.

“We have had the privilege of working with Victoriaville & Co. as our sales channel in Canada for over a decade now and I believe it has been a great fit for both companies. This investment in Mémento solidifies what was a strategic partnership and gives us a very solid opportunity as equity partners to build on what we have been working on since the beginning. Although Vaella and Mémento are very similar companies, we offer very different product assortments in very different markets. Combining these offerings can only be considered a win-win for our client bases” added Jean Vaillancourt, founder and president of Vaella Consulting.
